This Privacy Policy describes how Few Bytes Games and Usha Games (collectively “we”, “us”, “our”) collect, use, and share information when you use the mobile applications listed below (each, an “App”, and together the “Apps”). By installing or using any of the Apps, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We and our third-party service providers may collect the following categories of information when you use any of the Apps:

1.1. Information collected automatically

Device information: device model, manufacturer, operating system and version, language, country, time zone, screen resolution, mobile carrier, network type.
Identifiers: Android Advertising ID (AAID), Firebase Installation ID, App Set ID, IP address (truncated where required by law).
Usage data: in-game events, levels completed, session length, in-app actions, features used, ad impressions and clicks, crash logs and stack traces.

1.2. Information you provide

Communications you send to us (e.g., support emails).
Information related to in-app purchases is processed by Google Play Billing; we do not collect or store your payment card details.

We do not intentionally collect your name, phone number, precise location (GPS), photos, contacts, calendar, microphone, or camera data, unless explicitly stated for a particular App in its block above.

2. How We Use Information

To operate, maintain, and improve the Apps and their features.
To diagnose technical issues and prevent crashes (Crashlytics).
To analyze usage patterns and game balance (Firebase Analytics, GameAnalytics, AppMetrica).
To deliver advertisements, including personalized advertising where permitted by law and your consent (Appodeal mediation and partner ad networks).
To process in-app purchases via Google Play Billing.
To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our terms.
To comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests.

3. Third-Party Services (SDKs)

Our Apps may integrate the following third-party SDKs, each of which acts as an independent data controller for the data it collects and is governed by its own privacy policy. The exact list of SDKs used in a particular App is shown in that App's block above.

4. In-App Purchases

Apps marked as offering in-app purchases above provide optional purchases (e.g., virtual items, removal of ads, currency packs). All payment transactions are processed by Google Play Billing. We receive only a confirmation of purchase and a non-personal transaction identifier; we do not receive or store your full payment card number, CVV, or billing address.

5. Advertising

Apps that show advertising do so via the Appodeal mediation platform and its partner ad networks. Ads may be contextual (non-personalized) or personalized based on your advertising identifier and behavior. Where required by law (EEA, UK, Switzerland, certain U.S. states), we will request your consent through a Consent Management Platform before any personalized advertising or non-essential analytics processing takes place. You can reset or delete your advertising identifier at any time in your device settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads on Android), and opt out of personalized ads.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

with the third-party service providers listed in Section 3, strictly for the purposes described;
with Google Play for in-app purchases and store services;
when required by law, court order, or government request;
in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with appropriate safeguards.

7. International Data Transfers

Information collected by the Apps may be processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States, the European Union, and the Russian Federation. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Analytics and crash data are typically retained for up to 14 months by default, after which they are anonymized or deleted. Retention periods used by third-party providers are governed by their respective policies.

9. Children's Privacy

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in an App's block above, our Apps are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction, e.g., 16 in parts of the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at ushakirill733@gmail.com and we will promptly delete such information.

10. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (e.g., EEA/UK under GDPR, California under CCPA/CPRA, Russia under 152-FZ, Brazil under LGPD), you may have the following rights:

access the personal information we hold about you;
request correction or deletion of your personal information;
object to or restrict certain processing;
withdraw your consent at any time;
data portability;
lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

11. Data Deletion Request

You can request deletion of all personal information associated with you and any of the Apps by sending an email to ushakirill733@gmail.com with the subject line “Data deletion request” and the name(s) of the App(s) in the body. Please include your Android Advertising ID (AAID) or any other identifier that can help us locate your data. We will process your request within 30 days.

12. Security

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the latest changes were made. Material changes will be highlighted in the Apps or on this page. Continued use of any App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
